Description: This development consists of four new build homes in a traditional style as well as the conversion of an existing villa. The process from start to finish ran very smoothly with the client being extremely satisfied with the overall outcome. Our instruction was to deliver a comprehensive detailed working drawing package of information and the discharge of associated planning conditions. We also had an integral role in the delivery of the development whilst on site.
