Description: This tight site in the centre of Poole’s historical Old Town, came with a number of significant constraints. The site is within the Conservation Area and within a flood zone and has a Locally Listed Building on site.

LMA were appointed to provide a mixed-use scheme comprising of a large restaurant, with adjoining shops and 38 apartments to maximise the development potential for this restricted site. Significant consultation has been undertaken with the Local Authority, local consortiums and the local community to ensure that the proposed design took into account the wider perspective of opinions to enable a sensitive well-designed scheme that would be able to deliver a development that would satisfy the local community and a viable scheme for the client.
