Description: This project included a re-model to an existing bungalow with the addition of a rear extension. The site, situated near Moors Valley Country Park, is within a conservation area.

Working closely with our client and their requirements, we were able to re-designed the internal layout of the bungalow, making better use of the existing space. This in turn led to a design that utilised the existing footprint whilst reducing the overall impact on the site and its surrounding, within a given budget.

The rear of the site offers stunning views across the country park, which were fully optimised through effective design. Through creating building façades that opened up to the elements, a better indoor/outdoor relationship was achieved.
