03/05/2022 – Planning for new build house in the Purbecks

LMA Architects are pleased to announce that we have received planning approval from Dorset Council for a new build house in Wareham. The proposed house replaces a dated two-bedroom bungalow with a more energy-efficient two-storey modern dwelling. The clients wished for the home to be future-proofed in its design. The house features level access via a ramp to the front and rear of the property. If the clients have future mobility issues, there is a flexible room on the ground floor that could be used as either a home office or a bedroom and had direct access to a bathroom for future flexibility.
