Formally Purbeck Vineyard, a 10 bed B&B located in the A.O.N.B (Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty) in Wareham. Due to the sensitive nature of the site being located in the A.O.N.B the design had to consider a number of factors that minimise the impact on and the outlook onto the A.O.N.B.

Working closely with Purbeck District Council we managed to achieve a design that satisfied the strict planning policy’s associated with the area but also produced a design that satisfied everything within the client brief while incorporating stunning design details.
