DESCRIPTION  

LMA provided a full service from inception to completion, working closely with our client to transform the disused Grade II* Listed 18th-century Customs House into a vibrant café on the ground floor with luxury offices and apartments above.    

LMA obtained full planning and listed building consent for the conversion and refurbishment of this historic asset in 2018, working alongside the conservation and heritage team at Poole Borough Council. The Customs House Café (www.customhousecafe.co.uk) was opened in the spring of 2018, with the building works for the residential and office spaces set to complete in 2019.
