26/09/2022 – Two new homes on Sandbanks Road gain planning approval

LMA Architects has gained planning approval for two new contemporary homes on Sandbanks Road, Poole. The plot was challenging, being relatively narrow for two houses to fit on and sloping down towards the rear. The proposed dwellings have a stepped floor plan at the back of the ground floor plan, which provides a higher ground-to-ceiling height and level access out to the garden. The kitchen, living and dining space is open plan. The kitchen is located on the higher split level to create a sense of separation but still works as the home’s main social space.
