23/12/2021 – Planning Permission Approved

23/12/21 – Planning permission has been approved from BCP council for a sizable two storey extension with basement extension. The plot slopes up steeply from the street level. Careful consideration was needed in the design of the external stairs to gain access to the house and the newly established ground levels whilst avoiding damage to protected trees. The house design includes internal alterations and external works to the detached property in Kings Avenue, Lilliput, Poole.
