20/07/2023 – Backland self-build house gains planning approval

LMA Architects are pleased to announce that we have gained planning approval to subdivide a garden plot and build a self build home in Poole. The house is very efficient in its floorplan and makes the most of the modest sized plot it sits on. The ground floor has a generously sized entrance hall and utility and a dual aspect open plan living, kitchen and dining space. The three bedrooms are all contained within the roof space with a feature dormer and gable window fronting onto the street.
