Planning approval granted on 17/11/16 for the proposed new front extension to provide additional bedroom with bay window and relocate front entrance door to the side of the property, to provide new hallway. Demolish of the existing conservatory to provide space to extend existing kitchen to the rear of the property. Internal alterations to ground floor layout to incorporate open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with feature column and bi-folding doors to the rear outlook onto the garden.
