Planning to modify or extend your home in the Green Belt can be notoriously difficult with very stringent planning legislation to adhere to.

LMA Architects are really pleased to announce that we have managed to get this project approved on this site located within the Green Belt and the countryside on the outskirts of the New Forest.

The existing ground floor of the bungalow is retained and a modest extension to the front of the property is proposed. The roof extension expands this 3 bedroom bungalow into a substantial 6 bedroom home. Gables with recessed balconies have been added along with new materials such as Purbeck Stone and charred timber cladding to completely transform the look and feel of the bungalow.
