16/12/2022 – Planning granted for self build house in Hampshire

LMA Architects has gained planning approval for a replacement self-build house in Basingstoke. The home features a double-height entrance hallway with an outlook onto the garden, at the rear open-plan living and entertainment area at ground level. On the first floor, four bedrooms are contained within the roof space and have an outlook from the rear onto a green sedum roof and garden. Externally, the house is rendered with stone cladding feature walls and composite cladding panels.
