05/05/2022 – Planning Permission Approved in Southbourne

LMA Architects has gained planning approval to build two new three-bedroom detached homes in Irving Road, Southbourne in Bournemouth. The new dwellings replace an existing bungalow, sub divide the plot and generate additional homes suitable for young families. The houses will improve the overall character and appearance of this section of street frontage through quality external landscaping and soft landscaping.
